Enlarged liver is a condition which is known as hepatomegaly. It is not a disease, rather a sign of some underlying issue such as liver disease, CHF or malignancy.

- Imaging tests like CT scan, MRI, ultrasound
- Liver biopsy

Treatment of enlarged liver includes only treating the underlying condition that is leading to enlarge liver.
